What is eContent Manager?
eContent Manager is a credit-metered AI workspace for writing, images, video, voiceovers, chat, chatbots, social publishing, and landing pages. You generate from one account instead of a pile of single-purpose tools.
Who can use it?
You must be 18 or older. Some sites require an administrator to approve new accounts before the workspace opens.
How do public chatbots and pages work?
A published page under /s/ is public. A chatbot widget can be used by anyone who loads it. Visitor messages are billed to the bot owner. Put your own privacy notice on the site that embeds the widget.
How do teams and affiliates work?
Owners invite seats and set roles. Affiliates earn commission on a referred customer’s first qualifying paid invoice as implemented in the product, then request a payout for an administrator to mark paid.
Credits & billing
Plans, packs, payments
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Create an account to start with a starter credit pool. No card is required to register. Upgrade or buy a pack when you need more credits or locked tools.
What are credits?
Credits are the shared meter for billable AI actions. Plans grant a pool each billing cycle. Packs add more. Credits are not cash. Teammates spend the workspace owner’s balance.
What if a generation fails?
If a live generation fails after we charged credits, those credits are returned to the billed workspace. We do not refund credits because you dislike a successful result.
How do plans, packs, and cancellation work?
Plans unlock tools and a credit pool. Packs add credits. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in billing. You keep access until the paid period ends. Unused credits are not paid out as money unless the law requires it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Paid plans and credit packs can be settled with Stripe, PayPal, and/or Razorpay, depending on what the operator has enabled. We do not store full card numbers. Subscriptions renew until you cancel.
AI & ownership
Models, keys, outputs
Do I need my own API keys?
No. The operator can attach platform keys (DigitalOcean Inference is the default when a Gradient key is set). Business plans may allow bring-your-own keys. Vendor charges on your own keys are yours.
Which AI models run my jobs?
Whatever the workspace is configured to use. With a DigitalOcean Gradient key, text, images, video, TTS, and embeddings default to DigitalOcean Inference. You can still pick other providers when those keys exist. Speech-to-text and voice clone need their own vendors. Plagiarism and AI detection use Copyscape and GPTZero, not a chat model.
Who owns the output?
You keep rights in what you upload. We assign to you any rights we would otherwise have in output generated for your account, as far as the law allows, subject to the Terms and the inference vendor’s terms. Output is not guaranteed unique or non-infringing. Review it before you publish.
Can I use outputs commercially?
Usually yes, subject to the Terms, vendor terms, and third-party rights in your prompt (trademarks, likenesses, copyrighted material). You are responsible for how you use the output.
Account & privacy
Login, export, support
How do I export or delete my data?
In Settings, download a JSON export or delete the account. Deletion disables login and removes workspace content we store for that user, as described in the Privacy Policy. Payment processors may keep their own records.
Can I turn on two-factor authentication?
Yes. In Settings you can enable an authenticator app (TOTP). The secret is stored encrypted. Keep a backup of your codes; we cannot read the secret in plain text.
How do I get support?
Email support@econtentmanager.com. Include the account email. Signed-in users can also open a ticket from the workspace when that feature is enabled.

Which models are available?
DigitalOcean Inference is the default when a Gradient key is set. You can also use OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Grok, Fal, and ElevenLabs. Demo mode works without keys on a local machine.
